MTO Sufi Association® hosted a celebration of Persian New Year, tilted Fragrance of Life, at Diablo Valley College. It was such a colorful and inspirational evening filled with so much positive energy and joy. The presentations included traditional Persian dancing, live Zikr performance, poetry reading, and talks on the history and traditions of Norouz, Haft Sin, history of Iran, and Sufism. We ended the night with delicious refreshments and dancing as the spirit of renewal and life rejuvenated everyone's heart and soul. Everyone enjoyed learning about and welcoming the Persian New Year with the excitement of the MTO SA group. The celebration truly was filled with the fragrance of life.
